Privacy & how email works

Short version: the three sheets cost you nothing, not even an address. Email is entirely optional, and you can leave any time with one click.

The three sheets ask for nothing

The keepsake sheet, the sixty questions and the archives list are plain, direct downloads. No email, no account, no purchase, no registration. That is what the last page of the book promises, and it holds here.

If you choose to leave your email

The box on the page is optional. It exists for readers who also want the fourth sheet, Keeping What They Tell You, and the occasional note from Hazel when there is something new. If you leave your address:

Cookies & tracking

This page sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross‑site trackers. If you arrived by scanning the code printed in the book, the link carries a plain label saying so; it is used only to know that the page was reached from the printed page, never to identify you.

Where the data lives

The page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Email addresses are held by Resend, which sends the messages. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nothing else is collected: no name beyond the one you type, no address, no payment details, because nothing here is for sale.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. No form, no account, no reason required.

The pictures

Every plate listed on the archives sheet is a public-domain work held in an open collection. Catalogue numbers and links are given so each one can be checked at the source. Bayside Press is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of the institutions named.
